Dr. Reza Mobarak, DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA
American professional wound care association, Dr. Mobarak is a Fellow of the American Professional Wound Care Association and board certified in wound care, as well as foot reconstruction. He is also trained in hyperbaric oxygen treatment. As an adjunct faculty member at both Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, and Greenville Podiatric Surgical Residency Program, Dr. Mobarak teaches his surgical residents the newest and most effective techniques in foot and ankle surgery. One area in which Dr. Mobarak is particularly adept is nerve release. He completed an intense surgical course in treating numbness, tingling, and Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome. He provides a treatment that can allow patients to walk the next day after surgery and results in decreased pain after surgery.
Dr. Joshua Worley
Dr. Worley grew up in Texas and is a 2001 graduate of Austin College in Sherman, Texas. Dr. Worley went on to graduate from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida with honors in 2008 and completed his residency in 2011 at Florida Hospital East Orlando in Orlando, Florida. During his residency Dr. Worley gained experience in forefoot and rearfoot reconstruction, diabetic wound care, limb salvage, and trauma. He completed rotations in radiology, internal medicine, anesthesiology, pathology, emergency medicine, general surgery and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Worley practiced in Louisiana for eight years before returning to Texas to join Southwest Foot and Ankle Center in 2021. Dr. Worley enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Dr. Rose Mary Wilson
Dr. Rose Mary Wilson, born and raised in Dubai, has always been surrounded by diverse cultures, which inspired her to serve multicultural communities. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of South Carolina and earned her medical degree from Barry University in Miami, Florida. Dr. Wilson advanced her training at The Heights Hospital in Texas (formerly St. Joseph Medical Center), where she took on roles such as Interim Chief, Journal Club Coordinator, and Externship Coordinator. During her residency, she gained extensive experience in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgeries, as well as elective surgery, nerve surgery, sports medicine, and limb salvage. Her innovative research on lower extremity treatments, presented at national conferences, showcases her dedication to improving podiatric medicine.
